This 45 minute video contains three exercises that are explained and illustrated in the book, 'When Less is More.' Easy to do and learn, the exercises are designed to improve your health and well-being.
  1. The Warm-up: Developed by Arieh Lev Breslow for his students, this exercise opens clogged veins, relaxes muscles and loosens tight joints.
  2. The Eight Pieces of Brocade: One of the most popular forms of Ch’i Kung, this exercise is esteemed in China for the building of Ch’i (internal energy) and the strengthening of muscles.
  3. The Animal Forms: Taught to Arieh by a Chinese Buddhist monk, each set has a sound and a movement that corresponds to an animal and the healing of a particular organ in the body.
